Very good signal/audio - 555

0300 - ID, "This is WAHR, Automated Halloween Radio"
0302 - ID, "You are listening to WAHR Automated Halloween Radio - here is more scarey stuff"
0304 - ID
0306 - automated audio speech was speeded up- unintelligible
0307 - ID (normal computer audio speed)
0313 - ID and then off
