is it a pirate or WBCQ?  For the past hour (since 1950z) there has been a pirate-like broadcast on 7490 AM, ID-ing once in awhile as French Dog Radio. WBCQ does not list programming now, no mention of WBCQ during this broadcast, and cuts between music are similar to pirate.  I was logging in shortwave broadcasts.  Excellent reception, great variety of music.

7490 is listed as WBCQ 1900-0400 UTC.
