S7 peaks with lots of fades to S3.
OM announcer talking, sounds like someone relaying a local broadcast station [?]
0030 - lots of mentions of Dallas, I think I heard a KEGL ID (Fort Worth).  Up to S8 at times.
0040 - big fade, barely audible now.

Really audible here since 0023, but between fades and seldom coming up to a complete level of legibility, I'm not sure what they're talking about. Sounds like a relay of your average AM talk show.
