Louisville, KY DGPS station

Louisville   869   0615-16
BROADCAST SITE IS OPERATING AT REDUCED POWER AS OF 12/12/2016 17:07 Z UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

The last logging I had from them was on the 24th of November, until they appeared again yesterday afternoon. I guess they have been off the air since then, and are just getting back on now.

During their absence I was getting Penobscot, ME (which I also received when they were on the air), but nothing else on 290. Looks like the only other possible 290 station for me would be Leca, Portugal. But Penobscot probably blocks them.

I'm pretty sure they were on-air most of that time, but were spewing out garbage, making the frequency a dead-zone for me.
