          0302 Z: Christmas Music still just slightly above QRN, tough copy.
          0330 Z: Still very weak something there. K Index: 3. A Index: 11. SFI: 73. Ouch!

 I am hearing two men talking tonight 03:40UTC signal is weak here tonight on 4020 khz! Signal is there but not clear!
