0111 UTC Unid music at just above noise floor
0113 UTC "Heart of Glass"-Blondie (Signal fading in and out of the noise with S2 peaks)
0117 UTC Signal jumped up to S5 briefly!
0118 UTC "(I'm Always Touched By Your) Presence Dear"-Blondie
0120 UTC OFF? Something still there but faded into the noise....

UnId, 6995 LSB, 0114 - 0123, 12/17/16.  Weak music in and out of the static floor, talk about 0120 (couldn't make out what was said), either off or lost at 0123.

Poor S4 - 5 and fading in and out
