S3 to S4 carrier but audio is low.  Some fades to the noise, a long fade/peak/fade cycle here.
2034 - Shazam says "Partyalarm" by Aquagen
2044 - just getting occasional bits of audio now
2045 - "H.E.A.R.T.-Beat"
2100 - off

 Hearing techno pop music at 20:58UTC but there is fading here and it seems to be getting stronger on 6955khz with a signal being S9!
