It's interesting that those three other stations on 298 are 200 baud, while Upper Keweenaw, MI is 100 baud. I'm trying to think of a way that a 100 baud message could be corrupted to appear like a 200 baud message from a different station, and can't. So I wonder if it could be another 200 baud station instead, such as Hartlen Point, NS?

I've noticed that. There are a few others that seem to decode falsely on a schedule. Not sure what can cause that, unless its due to some other message type (other than 6 & 9) that's not decoding correctly. Some of the other types are sent infrequently.
