Presumed Radio Ga Ga with birthday greetings to Ringo, but voice and SSTV ID's buried in local noise.

1112z: Some version of "You're Sixteen", soundned kinda chipmunk voice, hard to tune to pitch
1115z: Ringo Starr "It Don't Come Easy"
1119z: Ringo "Photograph"
1126z: SSTV Scottie 1, no copy here. Red logo lettering resembles Radio Ga Ga but not sure.

SINPO=33322, fair peaks, lots of intermittent local RFI and rapid fluttering fades.
