1758- suddenly off.
1759- back on, OM talking with an echo effect
1806- group of OMs singing Soviet National Anthem
1812- OM talking and mentioned "the Red October", "nuclear submarines"
1838- movie audio continues
1916- S3-4 peaks now
1945- "The Hunt For Red October" movie audio continues
1948- off.

1847 Sounds like "Hunt For Red October". If there was an older version of this movie. "...How do you get the crew to want to get off a nuclear submarine...".
