Intermittent signal.  Sounds like police radio/police scanner audio.  Mostly digital-sounding audio (so likely a relay of a digital trunking system) with some analog voice heard at times.  Several east coast times given.  Computer-generated YL dispatch voices also heard (at 1609 UTC).

Solid S5 signal, with S6 peaks on the Ohio remote (KH6ILT KiwiSDR)

Off at 1630 UTC?
