4.775500LSB correct Russian Mil Air Control

4.775500 LSB is regullary heard by day time and ca.1 hour after sunset.
Spectrum signal is not correct: residue carrier wistles, weak upper side band is tuned on 4.770500USB
 I was wrong that it is the same control center than 4380 USB.
Activity is less, strenght  and propagation of signal are worse.
