Radio Havana Cuba on 17750kHz. New frequency?

At 15:30z I noticed that Radio Havana Cuba was broadcasting on 17750kHz alongside their normal 16mb frequency 17730kHz.

I've heard them on both frequencies before during the day. Radio Havana has the annoying habit of being a band hog.
