0051 UTC - Electronic music ? now playing S7-S9 in WNY
0057   - Not sure what that sound is  ???
0103   - Drum / guitar solo after the music slowed down, S9 in WNY
0106   - More instrumental , S9 + 10dB
0119   - Station ID but can't decode mode
0121   - Off the air.

Heard a drum solo 0055 on 6931, not 6930, USB. I'm sticking with Wolverine for now, but that was noted here with a decent S7 signal on the meter.
0004 Seems to have shifted to 6930 now. A bit muddy, can't make out much.

Very weak music on 6931, mostly below the noise and barely detectable.
0108 - Seems to be on 6930 now, but still barely detectable.

 Hearing a signal at 01:14UTC was hearing some music a little earlier signal strength is S7 here in the CSRA!
