0000 Signing on now? Sounds like the Russian Anthem. Very weak.
0001 Stronger now. Did someone forget to push a button on the amplifier?  ;D
0004 Off. No, I still hear the Russian Anthem, but weak again.

Tuned in at 0005utc, hear nothing but normal background noise, R8 & dipole.
