S4 to S5 carrier with low audio.  One or two OM talking since tune-in, but can't understand much.  Thought I heard mention of St. Patrick's Day.
2157 - mention of being nominated in Philadelphia, and talk of presidents, along with a speech and crowd cheers.  Probably FDR speech.
2159 - off suddenly
2200 - carrier back on
2201 - speech continuing, plus what seems to be another carrier on frequency at times.
2203 - stronger audio now from announcer.
2204 - more of presumed FDR speech at weaker audio level.
2211 - audio continuing to get weaker.  Another station comes on at times in USB with ' ooohhh, gnarly!'  lol
