Weak signal, hearing some music. The lack of low end / bass makes me suspect this is Unknown Name Radio Network.

Aha, they just moved to 6880. Bet it is them.

They are back on 6870, someone else is on 6880 now.

2200z also seeing carrier on 6880 so maybe not?
2202z carrier gone on 6880
