2119 UTC  - Station ID,  Sultanate of Oman broadcasting in Arabic, signal S9 in WNY.
2121 UTC  - Playing Arabic music
2125 UTC  - OM speaking now.
2144 UTC  - Music playing, signal still S9, audio clear some fading.
2205 UTC - Off the air.
