I get him really, really clear most times up here in WA state.  He might be over the border in Canada and beyond FCC reach.  Not sure how lax the Canadian enforcement is, though.

20 May 2017, 0355 - something's on 7585 right now, most likely YHWH. I've got a lot of noise on the band interfering with the signal, which is otherwise stronger than usual and making positive ID tough. But the bits I can make out sound like him.

RST111, I lived in Seattle for a time. Are you living in the Snoqualmie/North Bend area?

0402 - Days Of Hard Life playing, S9 signal now.

Yes, YHWH has been on since at least 0315 UTC May 20.  It sounded like he was going to sign off at about the time you heard the msuic, but then he restarted one of the CDs.
