UNID 6925 USB 2230 UTC 6/4/17

 I heard some music on this frequency a moment ago maybe testing gone now. I hear a decent signal at 23:30UTC with some music but could not identify.
There is music being played again on this frequency for the past 5 minutes no vocals just music similar to what is being played on 6955! I notice that 6955khz is silent now! Gone now at 23:10UTC

Heard here from 2228z on the SDR recording, about an SIO 222.
Off at 2233 and then back on at 2255 with an SIO 333. Assuming it was the same station
