UNID 6945 LSB 0220 UTC 2 July 2017
« on: July 02, 2017, 0222 UTC »
0220 UTC UNID flute music (S7 peaks here and excellent audio!)
0222 UTC "El Condor Pasa" flute solo
(I believe this is Zamfir?)
0229 UTC Another pan flute song

Helicaster, I remember back in the 1980's when you could hear these flute songs on the numerous Peruvian and Bolivian stations on shortwave....very distinctive!

0227 This sounds more like a flute to me
0235 don't know how long it's been "My Heart Will Go On," but I just realized that this is a flute version.  ;D

Running about an S5 or thereabouts here on the Gulf of Mexico.  Got some sort flute-y version of that Titanic song at 0238 UTC.

0252 more flute music, signal's up to S9 for the most part.  Thanks for playing some unusual music!

Leading up to the 0300 hour this station started getting hammered by one of those data streams that seemed to be at or near continuous in operation.  The two signals are fighting it out but neither one is really winning.

0313 - digital data again.  I didn't realize this was from UNID or I would have recorded it and tried to decode the pic.

Great signal and very soothing flute music. Thanks for the broadcast.
I thought that I was hearing a digital signal during this broadcast so I started EasyPal and at 0307 there was an image sent. All that I got was a blank screen with the word "UNID" in the upper left corner.

Here is the image broadcast at 0313Z.
