Not nearly as impressive last night. Only 59 decodes from Richmond BC, vs 780 the night before. Of course on most nights I get a dozen, or none, so still better than usual lately. No bogus decodes. No handful of decodes from the other BC stations as the night before, which makes me suspect those decodes were real.
Why does Rigolet come in so poorly here? No other DGPS stations else on 299.0 kHz. So I ran Carrier Sleuth on the files, and there's a few carriers on 299 kHz. Plus the DGPS signal itself is not even visible on the waterfall. So maybe a combination of a weak signal and QRM.
