UNID 6940 USB S5 in NY

0046: Someone was on the air with music but went off the air less then a minute after I tuned to the frequency. Not sure how long they were on before I noticed.
0047: Off the air

I noticed this starting at 0033z on the SDR recording. Weak at first, then it slowly got stronger. SIO 444 at times.
