UNKNOWN STATION on 1500

Last night, I heard on 1500 KHZ "INTERNATIONAL" station 1620 (both in English and Spanish) and I'm thinking could this be the Caribbean? 

I looked it up and saw it was Tampa airport I'm like HUH??? Can someone ID this station please? I'm in Pensacola, FL.
