Heard from 0039-0059. The QRM from the Cuban jammer spur started around 0100z.

Was eating dinner when this was on but had the SDR recording. Like Chris, also heard starting at 0039. Quiet signal but relatively low noise floor allowed it to come up nicely. Generally S7. Off at 0100.
