Blinky still has a gremlin

Blinky this afternoon is as strong as ever,
yet I kept hearing what appeared to be a
shortened dash. Fired up Spectran and finally
caught a short pulse. Also, once in awhile the
tone does change a little. Looks like the
Gremlins are still at work. See the attached!
