Also, it's close to high noon in Bangladesh at that time of day, making anything at that frequency very unlikely to propagate more than a few hundred miles.
Something that does start up around 0550 UTC at 7255, however, is Voice of Nigeria. Their official sign-on is 0600 but they often play music before then. And they're more likely to come in with a good signal than anything, especially if you're a bit off with the tuning. Were you listening on a regular receiver?
