2309 UTC "Let Me Hold You"-Cheat Codes & Dante Klein
2310 UTC OM in clear English with ID "You are listening to RVM Radio from Camboriu Santa Catarina Brazil"  :)
(5940 is fairly regular here, but I have never heard an English ID!)
(Actual frequency measured at about 5939.8 khz)
