1030 Presumed OTR with a carrier, maybe some traces of audio? I'll continue to listen to see if it improves before the 1200z sign off.
1032 Definitely some audio now, with people talking, presumably some sort of radio drama.
1033 And even stronger now, maybe SIO 222.
1042 And mostly gone now.
