2218: Their innocent ! then dogs barking and gun shots. Aliens ? then more wind blowing

2203- hearing an OM talking but signal is just below the noise level
2207- two OMs talking but rough copy here, heard "all right"
2208- blowing wind sound effect then back to dialogue
2211- bit of laughter
2214- OM said "very smart..."
2216- howling wind sound effect again then dialogue
2218- howling wind
2222- more howling winds then dramatic sounding talk
2228- seems to be off.

Copying since 2201, had thought this was Moonlight but apparently it's someone else. At the noise floor, can tell at least one OM is speaking but unable to make any of it out.
