Mostly a carrier here, but at 2350 UTC I'm getting some threshold audio fading up out of the noise  :)
2353 UTC Definitely music now and getting very slightly stronger
0001 UTC Shazam was able to ID a song!  8)
(I emailed the Lupo op and he confirmed that the song was correct!)
