Voice of Korea - 12015 kHz - 1835z 24OCT17

I'm new to listening to this station, so could be a bad ID:

* Patriotic music
* Speech in unknown language
* Signal fade

Signal was poor, using portable HF radio with whip antenna.

Several frequencies listed at short-wave.info for this station were China Radio International (7210 kHz), Radio Saudi (9875 kHz), China Radio International (11910 kHz). All were clearly readable.

Higher frequencies were unavailable.
