I am curious. This is all that they sent to you in reply? Any note of thanks, or anything like that? Or an explanation as to why it's never more than a fair signal when they're supposedly on 50 kW, all of it going to the upper sideband?

"Thanks for listening". They also included a few religious tracts, but they were scant on technical details other than saying they transmit on "15.555 mHz", "Hours of operation: 9:00AM-5:00PM CST", "Broadcasting fundamental Bible doctrine".

That does seem rather small for a 50 kW transmitter. I'd assume they got a visit from the FCC to verify the 50 kW. Much like WBCQ transmits 50 kW on all their frequencies. OK, I'll stop now  8)
