Only quick checks, so I didn't notice the change from R. Voyager here...
But at 00.07 I found it was true SSB, just before s/off at 0008 UTC
(BTW, the carrier from R.Voyager was somewhat mushy)

Heard at 2340 last night. Very loud signal about S7-9. Creepy EDM mix.
