UNID 6925 USB 0400-0500 UTC, possibly testing?

6925 USB, 0400-0410 UTC, Ted Nugent and Styx songs, signal interrupted and resumed (not fades).  Fairly good signal, thin audio quality, sounded like some RF hum in the audio, hard to tell through static crashes.  Back at 0450-0500 UTC, Styx "Mr. Roboto" & "Renegade", unid surf guitar version of "Ghost Riders in the Sky", same interruptions and resumptions, then off without op voice or ID.  SINPO - 34222  (N. Central TX)
