It's not too often that I can get anything from South Korea thanks to the way KBS World Radio (and V24) transmits their signals (their only NAm transmissions are still on 15575 at 1300 UTC or 0200 UTC), so it's gratifying to see the this regional broadcast is making it over well (albeit with strong North Korean jamming on top of it).
