This is rather unusual!  ;D
2127 UTC OM said "My name is ?....couple of gratuitous MF bombs, then more speeded up crazy noises

I slowed down the speeded up part and it still sounded like nonsense....

Best copy on the lower sideband.
2138 - sounding a little better with music box and growling sounds.
