CZ Beacon strong to near noise RIGHT NOW 2110 UTC

Pretty strong signals on CZ and easy copy but with rapid qsb
At the strongest its running an estimated 30 db over the noise
and once in awhile stronger on best peaks.

Hearing CZ 10700khz now, Nov. 12, 2045utc. Strong and steady with no fade.
