Radio Vanuatu 7.260MHz AM??

It appears that Radio Vanuatu, in Port Vila which usually runs 10Kw on 7.260MHz AM from Port Vila is off air, not heard yesterday or today, normally 20dB over here.

No storms or natural disasters in region so maybe they have a transmitter issue, moved frequency or abandoned SW services?
