Suppose a person had 17 minutes of pirate-radio-type programming produced and ready to air.  Where might that person find a broadcaster for that program?  The Grapevine at the FRN seems like an obvious answer, but they are not currently taking new registrations, so I cannot inquire there.

I would appreciate hearing from any free radio broadcasters who might be interested in a free program, or from anyone with ideas on how to get in touch with station operators.  Can also provide more info about the program, e.g. it is rodent/monkey neutral.

If you are willing to pay a few $ you can always air it on WBCQ.  ((They could use some more creative programming to break up the preachers).

WBNY will relay programs, apparently for free. He posts this offer periodically on the FRN, and, in fact, posted it today. To wit:

Ape-humans looking for a relay, need only to write to Commander Bunny at: wbnyradiobunny@gmail.com and we'll work something out!
This offer is always open to anyone who has a program but no transmitter. You will need to make the program, put it in mp3 format, send it Commander Bunny and send him a QSL of your station to the P.O. Box 1, Belfast, NY 14711 address.

Are you the same Al Fansom that won Radio Bingo that one time?

Thanks for the tip, I'll get ahold of President Commander Bunny right away.
