Radio Habana Cuba 6165 kHz Dec 24 2017

Hi all, a few mins ago I was listening to 6165 kHz and didn't hear the English service of RHC. Instead I heard HM01 on the frequency, mistake from Pedro? Signal poor with QRM.
Receiver used Tecsun PL360.
My QTH is Courtenay b.c Canada.
