ECHO faint but with decent peaks UTC 1600
Strong enough to record well on Spectran and
copied a little audio file as well. Its frequency seemed
to change a bit as I copied it during the last 30
minutes or so. A couple of good peaks at UTC 1615
produced a pretty fair signal mixed in the usual racket
copied at this location.

Nice to hear it in the morning!

PS: Copied a couple of rapid nice peaks nearly an
estimated 10 db over the noise!  UTC 1618
