2317 UTC - Signal S9+ in WNY, audio sounds good. Playing the blues.
2322 UTC - Signal S9 but fading in and out.
2325 UTC - Station ID but could not make it out.

Very choppy signal, mostly nearly inaudible, but a few nice peaks, one to SIO 444.
