IRRS Milano, 11575 AM, 1655 UTC, 26 JAN 2018

Copied while checking uTwente web SDR for an unknown transmission on 11600. (I could faintly hear 11600 at home, suspected European tx, and went to uTwente for a better copy). Fairly positive that there was no signal at 11575 before 1655, but I can't swear to it.

Anyway, from 1655 to 1658 it was playing Middle Eastern sounding music, which I took for an interval signal, but at 1658 it suddenly switched to "Green Onions" by Dual Drive. OM announced IRRS Milano in English, gave a physical mailing address for reception reports, then went QRT at 1700. There is no listing for this station being on at this frequency at that time (in fact, there's no listing for any station at any time for that frequency), and they have no scheduled test transmissions per their web page. So, fairly interesting catch.
