As with most such discussions it begins with good intentions and quickly deteriorates into rants about minutiae, intra-site tropes and internecine skirmishes.

Is It Truly Possible for the FRN to become Worthless?

The topic, of course, refers to the Floating Rate Note.  The headline was copied and pasted directly from the referring site, which appears to have caused some confusion in readers here.
