Sorry, but NO ONE is going to tell you that - being an "unknown" person - what if you were an FCC agent? P51 could be anyone - sorry - that question will get you nowhere!

Why does everyone freak out when someone asks where the beacon is located? I doubt he asked for the EXACT location. I'm sure an answer like: "We believe it's in NW Minnesota" is hardly incrementing.
