2211 UTC OM & YL audio skit from UNID movie
Shazam agrees the music is from "The Room". Solid S9+ signal here with very nice audio and almost no fading)
The wikipedia link matches the characters https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Room_(film)
This seems to be a cult film....not a very good one from reviews... http://ew.com/article/2008/12/12/crazy-cult-room/

I knew I recognized the music from somewhere - it is "The Room" - S4-S6 on the Rochester, NY remote

2215 UTC - OM and YL "this will be our secret"
2216 UTC - music 
2218 UTC - rapid fade, then back up to previous levels
2219 UTC - more synth music with Tommy Wiseau's incredibly creepy laugh and "acting"
2220 UTC - back to the theme from "The Room"
2221 UTC - "now the value of the house is going up and he's seeing dollar signs"
2228 UTC - "just give me five minutes"
2230 UTC - big signal drop...now closer to S3
2233 UTC - signal came back up a bit, strong audio
2234 UTC - Mark and Johnny talking
2236 UTC - "no, because I trust you and I trust Lisa"
2237 UTC - signal dropped again, more piano music
2241 UTC - "you are tearing apart, Lisa!" scene played twice over
2243 UTC - more bizarre music
2245 UTC - fades becoming more frequent
2247 UTC - carrier appeared on 6925.1 kHz for 10-15 seconds (that, or there was a very low frequency tone being transmitted)
2248 UTC - "after all she's my future wife" "you know what they say, love is blind"
2255 UTC - "sometimes life can be complicated"
2259 UTC - "anyway how's your sex life" - this almost sounds like somebody cut and pasted scenes together
2302 UTC - [awful] R&B music to what almost sounds like a softcore porno soundtrack
2311 UTC - big signal increase, more piano music (same theme that's played half a dozen times now)
2312 UTC - "Happy Birthday To You"
2313 UTC - some QRM on top of signal
2324 UTC - more melodramatic music
2329 UTC - signal now just above the noise

2214 UTC - Signal is S7 in WNY, audio is ok. Hearing audio from a movie or TV show.
2227 UTC - Signal is S9, audio is good.

heard since 2308 UTC, with music background and speech
could be a long scene, same music background all along, still at 2320
sounds like a dream in a movie
