6925.5 AM  bad ute on the upper sideband of the signal
good audio  S7 
sure would be better copy on a different frequency off of the utility station

Maybe  this was Mother's Milk Radio based on the SSTV.  Any chance of a QSL?  ;D

Tough copy with the UTE, and the transmitter was FMing.
