2248 UTC Sounds like Alan Maxwell. Signal is right at noise floor level, but I'm certain this is an episode of Voice of the Illuminati

2305: Hearing what sounds like Alan Maxwell talking
2311: Instrumental music came in for a few seconds
2321: More instrumental music but not enough to I.D.
2345: Jean-Michael Jarre "Ethnicolor" (signal jumped up to S3)
2346: Off the air (of course as soon as the signal improved)
