Aussie Pirate Needs Help!

Hello,
I am in the process of setting up a pirate fm station in australia and as there are no other pirates in this country I could really use some pointers. So far I have an 18w FM transmitter and a tunable antennae and am ready to broadcast, the difference in aus is that the laws over here are extreme as in $100,000 fines and possible jail time(hence the absence of pirates in aus)
Due to this, I need to invest in a Microwave Radio Link to ensure I don't get caught.
So my question is can anyone recommend a MRL and where a good place is to buy online?
Any help/pointers/advice would be greatly appreciated.
